I am a regular customer at Piston in Portland and my experiences have been the best. Their customer service is top notch beginning with the manager, very professional he takes time to explain things and is kind at heart. This morning I went in before work, my oil light came on, so I went in early. I was there at 8, not knowing, they open at 8:30, but he was there and he topped off my oil. I am very appreciative for the service, he didn’t hesitate to help out. Thank you! I highly recommend them!!

This place was so good that I left a review on FB and on here and this comes from a guy that never leaves reviews but this place definitely deserves it. It was courtesy at it’s finest I mean they even asked me if I wanted the inside vacuumed they weren’t pushy trying to sell me something extra either. I recommend you give this place a try and send me a thank you after for such great advice!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at Piston Lube Center in Portland, TX. I was charged for a full-service synthetic oil change with a filter, and then noticed on the receipt that I was also charged separately for the oil and the filter again. That’s essentially being billed twice for the same service. To make matters worse, the service checklist shows they checked my tire pressure and washed my windshield, which absolutely did not happen. My tire pressures were still uneven when I left, and my windshield was just as dirty as when I arrived. If you’re going to charge “full service” prices, the services should actually be performed, and customers definitely shouldn’t be double charged for basic items like oil and filters. I’d strongly recommend checking your receipt carefully before leaving if you go here. This experience left me feeling like the billing and service checklist can’t be trusted.
